ServiceCAM H2O LTE

The ServiceCAM H2O LTE is a specialised in-pipe CCTV inspection system built for use in live potable water service pipes operating at pressures of up to 10 bar. Using a semi-rigid 50 metre push rod, the camera can be inserted directly into service pipes, providing valuable visual insight into internal pipe conditions while maintaining water supply to customers.

The system is typically deployed via the customer boundary box, using a sealing head, standpipe and insertion tube to maintain safe and secure access to the live pipe. This approach significantly reduces the need for customer disconnections and minimises operational disruption during inspections.

Designed for water utility field teams, the ServiceCAM H2O LTE provides clear in-pipe visualisation using high-quality camera technology combined with advanced LED lighting. This allows engineers to assess internal pipe conditions, identify joint locations and confirm pipe materials such as PE, lead or copper.

The camera head is spring mounted, allowing it to navigate challenging entry points and some boundary box configurations. Its flexible design enables inspections in service pipes ranging from 25mm to 55mm (¾″ to 2″) in diameter.

Footage is displayed through the Synthotech Display Unit (SDU), which features a 5.4-inch screen with on-screen meterage, providing real-time visual feedback and accurate distance tracking during inspections.

The ServiceCAM H2O LTE is designed for practical field operation. The system supports single-person deployment, helping reduce labour requirements and improving inspection efficiency. With a battery life of up to five hours, along with mains and in-vehicle charging options, the unit is suitable for a full day of operational field work.

All wetted components are BS6920 compliant or WRAS compliant, ensuring suitability for use in potable water environments.
