The ServiceCAM H2O PRO from Synthotech is a specialist live‑access potable water CCTV system designed to give water utility professionals clear in‑pipe visibility while maintaining supply continuity. Developed from years of proven live gas and water CCTV technology, this advanced system supports rapid, safe, and non-disruptive investigations into service pipe and small‑diameter main issues.

Built around a 14mm diameter camera head mounted on 50m of 4.5mm rigid fibreglass rod, the H2O PRO offers reliable navigation and stable imaging inside pipes as small as 25mm. Its integrated FAST PipeMic™ technology provides both visual confirmation and acoustic leak detection, enabling engineers to accurately locate vortexes, weeping leaks, and other hard‑to‑detect faults.

The system is engineered for flexible deployment, including end‑on insertion into 25mm service pipes, vertical access via standpipes from Elster meter boxes, and direct entry into small‑diameter mains using saddle fittings or through‑bore hydrants.
